Aviva in partnership with Relay have developed a new online service. This service, which can be accessed through Relay360, will provide you with instant access to all your client documentation with Aviva.
Aviva currently posts out client policy documentation to broker offices daily. On receipt of these documents brokers need to sort, scan and index them onto Relay360 for later referrals. This process is both time consuming and costly. As a result, it made sense to integrate Relay and Aviva's online broker application, bLive, to do all this work for you. This provides an automated service for you to store and view your client documentation, therefore, reducing the need for manual sorting and filing.

Policy Amendments – bLive, Spike and ComQuote
bLive provides you with the facility to transact mid-term adjustments on your existing home and van business with Aviva. Similarly, when you receive home renewal documentation for your clients, you can amend these renewal dates on bLive. For example if your client wishes to increase their contents sum insured for their next year’s policy, you can make these changes on bLive and generate the revised renewal premium and renewal documents.
Also did you know….if you have set up a home policy on SPIKE or a van policy on ComQuote, you can access these policies and make amendments to them on bLive.
