Relay Software Ltd has officially gained recognition as an Employer of Choice, an award that recognises how companies create a work-life balance for their employees.

The Employer of Choice program follows a number of stages and encourages participant companies to:

• Gain a thorough understanding of current work-life balance issues in the workplace
• Gain knowledge of the effects of stress
• Conduct a work-life balance company audit
• Learn practical skills in policy development & strategic planning
• Draft an action plan aimed at addressing key issues
• Formalise a work-life balance strategy
